Guidelines for Paper Presentation


  1. The presentations should be categorized as: original research, case reports and review. Priority is given to original research and case series.
  2. A maximum of 2 authors are allowed per paper. Both the presenters should be present at the time of presentation failing which they may not be allowed to present. Both the authors will get the certificate of presentation.
  3. The abstract should be structured and limited to a maximum of 250 words.
  4. The total duration of the paper presentation will be of 10 minutes; 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
  5. All communications should be done by the FIRST AUTHOR and by email ONLY.
  6. The name of the presenters and institutional affiliation should be mentioned in the FINAL POWER POINT presentation.
  7. The presentations should be in ppt or pptx mode. It should be compatible with MS office 2007. The committee will not be responsible for incompatibility mode of presentations.
  8. 2 papers are allowed for each college with intake of up to 6 MDS seats per batch and 3 papers for more than 6 MDS seats per batch.
